Instructions for Submitting Late Grades

To submit your course grades past the WebGrades deadline, please follow these instructions:

1. Log into WebGrades directly.


2. Select the appropriate term from the drop down menu.


3. Click on the course code for the course that you need to submit.


4. Enter the grades:
   • Manually (If you already saved your grades on WebGrades, skip to step 5.)
   • Download a grade file from Canvas and upload the file into WebGrades.
   For additional assistance on this process please reach out to eee-support@uci.edu.
   
   • Upload a tab delimited or comma delimited text file of the grades for this course.
   For additional information refer to WebGrades Tutorial (pages 6-8).


5. Click the “Officially Submit” button.


6. Click the “Confirm” button to finalize your grade submission.

Late grades are processed nightly at 4:45pm. Grades submitted by 3pm will be included in the nightly processing and thereafter students will be able to view their updated grades through StudentAccess by 6pm that evening.
