UCOP. Fall 2017 through Spring 2018
degrees. (September 1 or first business day).
Sep. 3 Registrar Fal 18 Request race/ethnic data for new students from
OARS and Graduate Admissions, for CSS reporting
due Sep. 17. (Sep. 1 or next business day,
annually.)
Sep. 3 Registrar Spg 19 Start daily applicant file download to OIT NSP
Sum 19 for next calendar year Spg Qtr, Sum Medical,
Fal 19 Fal Qtr, Fal Sem (Sep. 1 or next business day,
FS 19 annually).
Sep. 4 Students Fal 18 Undergraduates: 18-unit enrollment limit lifted
Limit increased to 20 units (noon).
Sep. 4 Registrar Fal 18 Unauthorized and Multiple Repeat List emailed
to deans (Monday of 9th week previous quarter
through Monday of 4th week current quarter,
each term).
Sep. 4-7 Deans Wtr 19 Complete data entry into eSOC by 5 p.m. on
Friday, Sep. 7. Fix master course database
discrepancies; verify max capacities; be sure
cross-listings are identical and scheduled for
same room and time; clean-up order of course
types/course numbers.
Sep. 6 ---------- Fal 18 Three weeks before instruction begins.
Sep. 7 ---------- FS 18 End of third week of semester-School of Law.
Sep. 7 Deans Wtr 19 Complete data entry into eSOC by 5 p.m. to
have classes considered in room assignment

Sep. 10 Instructors Sum 18 Deadline for WebGrades submission, SS 10WK,
5 p.m.
Sep. 10 Registrar Sum 18 Final grade update for SS 10WK.
Sep. 10 ---------- Sum 18 Summer Session II instruction ends.
Sep. 10 Instructors Sum 18 WebGrades available for submission, SS II,
beginning at 5 p.m. (last day of instruction).
Sep. 10 Registrar FS 18 Send verification data to the National Student
Clearinghouse by electronic transfer - School
of Law. (1 business day after full 3rd week of
instruction, each term.)

combined SS I, SS 10WK, SS II.
Sep. 14 Registrar Sum 18 End of Summer data extract file for OIR, UCOP,
and DUE. Send to OIR, UCOP and DUE Sep. 14.
Sep. 14 Registrar 2017-18 Deadline to send CSS Degree File (CSSDEG)
to UCOP. Fall 2017 through Spring 2018 degrees.
Week of Sep. 17 - 23
Sep. 17 Students Fal 18 Last day to pay fees online or to Cashier
without $50 late payment charge (5 p.m.).
Sep. 17 Registrar Fal 18 Class drop deadline. Classes dropped if
registration fees are not paid by 5 p.m. or
if a hold remains on student's record.
WebReg unavailable until noon, Sept 20.
Sep. 17 Registrar Fal 18 Update SISPPS quarter (fee payment deadline,
each term).
Sep. 17 FA Fal 18 Electronic file of Regents Scholars for
academic year 2018-19 due to Registrar
(fee payment deadline, annually).
Sep. 17 Registrar Fal 18 Unauthorized and Multiple Repeat List emailed
to deans (Monday of 9th week previous quarter
through Monday of 4th week current quarter,

by students who were dropped from their
classes for non-payment of fees or if a hold
remains on their record (5-8 p.m.).
Sep. 19 Students Sum 18 View SS II grades in StudentAccess, 8 p.m.

Sep. 20 Registrar Sum 18 Official transcripts and student copy
transcripts available to SS II students

Sep. 26 Students Fal 18 LARC registration for priority students
begins at 12:01 a.m. using WebReg (Wednesday,
prior to instruction begins, each term).
