Student Clearinghouse by electronic
transfer - School of Law. (1st business day
after semester begins, 1st business day
after weeks 2, 4, 7, 11, & 15, and 1st
business day after semester ends.)
Jan. 31- Deans Fal 22 Beginning of Build Phase for departments.
Feb. 25 Make changes, deletions, and additions
directly into eSOC. Departments should enter
first preferences in the Building and Room
fields in eSOC. Schedule classes on-module
in large rooms to maximize use of those
rooms.
Jan. 31 Registrar Fal 22 Make F22 courses available in eSOC.
Jan. 31 ---------- Spg 22 Eight weeks before instruction begins.
Feb. 1 Students Spg 22 Deadline to readmit (Undergraduate.)
(February 1, annually.)
Feb. 1 Registrar monthly Send degree data to the National Student
Clearinghouse by electronic transfer for any
term or program awarded since previous
month. (1st business day of every month.)
Feb. 2 Spec Prog Spg 22 Deadline to identify Special Program
students to Registrar for enrollment
priority. (Wednesday of 5th week, each

Feb. 3 Deans Spg 22 Deadline to place student record holds
affecting future registration. (Thursday of
5th week, each term.)
Feb. 4 Deans Fal 21 Degree award certifications due to
Registrar. (8 weeks after fall quarter

Feb. 4 Deans/ Wtr 22 All change of program petitions and all
Students other changes in academic records due to

(CASPER) discrepancies; verify max
capacities; be sure cross-listings are
identical and scheduled for same room and
time; clean-up order of
