Sep. 1 Registrar 2015-16 Degrees Conferred File, 2015-16, due to
UCOP. Fall 2015 through Spring 2016

Clearinghouse by electronic transfer -
for any term or program awarded since
previous month
(1st business day of every month).
Sep. 1 Registrar Fal 16 2 weeks before UNFEE, notify OIT NSP of WebReg
restart day and time, and grade release.

OARS and Graduate Admissions, for CSS reporting

Sep. 15 Students Fal 16 Last day to pay fees online or to Cashier
without $50 late payment charge (5 p.m.).

if a hold remains on student's record.

Sep. 26 Registrar Wtr 17 Make SOC comments available to departments.
Sep. 26- Deans Wtr 17 Read SOC comments. Proof SOC and request GACs
Oct. 14 by entering @ in the Building and Room fields
in eSOC. Email prisciln@uci.edu to request
room swaps/trades.
Sep. 30 ---------- FS 16 End of sixth week of semester-School of Law.
Sep. 30 ---------- Fal 16 End of first week of instruction.
Sep. 30 Deans Spg 17 Deadline to notify Registrar which quarter
to build S17 - either S16 or W17 may be
selected.
