to deans (Monday of 9th week previous quarter
through Monday of 4th week current quarter,

Aug. 3 Registrar Wtr 16 Make W16 courses available in ESOC.
Aug. 3-28 Deans Wtr 16 Beginning of Department Build Phase. Make
changes, deletions, and additions directly
into eSOC. Enter first preferences in the
Building and Room fields in eSOC. Schedule
classes on-module in large rooms to maximize
use of those rooms.
Aug. 4 Instructors Sum 15 Deadline for WebGrades submission, SS I, 5 p.m.
Aug. 4 Registrar Sum 15 Final grade update for SS I.
Aug. 4 ---------- Fal 15 SPOP - Student Parent Orientation Program
for CAMP participants.
Aug. 5 Students Sum 15 View SS I grades in StudentAccess, 8 p.m.
Aug. 5-6 ---------- Fal 15 SPOP 6 - Student Parent Orientation Program.
Aug. 6 Registrar Sum 15 Official transcripts and student copy
transcripts available to SS I students
(2 business days after FGU).
Aug. 6 Registrar Sum 15 2nd Summer Enrollment Report to the National
Student Clearinghouse. Send Aug. 6.
(2 business days after FGU for SSI).
Aug. 6 Registrar Sum 15 SS I official transcripts held for final
grades mailed (2 business days after FGU).

from Law School for 3rd week reporting
(first day of instruction, annually).
Aug. 13 Registrar Sum 15 SS II Census data extract file for OIR,UCOP,
and DUE. Send to OIR, UCOP, and DUE Aug. 13.
Aug. 13 Registrar FS 15 Send verification data to the National Student
Clearinghouse by electronic transfer - School
of Law. (1 business day after semester begins,
each term.)
Aug. 13 ---------- Fal 15 Six weeks before instruction begins.
Aug. 13 SBS Fal 15 Apply graduate aid/financial aid to student
ZOT accounts after 5 p.m.
Aug. 14 Registrar Sum 15 SS I school/department copies of students'
transcripts available to deans.
Aug. 14 ---------- Sum 15 Quarter ends, last day of instruction, School
of Medicine, (13 weeks).
Aug. 14 Registrar Sum 15 End of Term census date for School of
Medicine, Summer Quarter.
Aug. 14 Registrar Sum 15 Update enrollment for medical students in
summer quarter classes, generate course
reports.
Aug. 14 Registrar Sum 15 Delete Sum 15 fee assessments for students
that have not paid for Summer 2015.

Aug. 17 Registrar 2014-15 Email Non-UC Programs Abroad file to UCOP
contact (August 15 or next business day,
annually).
Aug. 17 Registrar Sum 15 Send verification data to the National Student
Clearinghouse by electronic transfer - School
of Medicine (1 business day after Summer
Quarter End of Term census date).
Aug. 17 Registrar Sum 15 Updated Short Form Study List due to School
of Medicine.
Aug. 17 Registrar Sum 15 Final grade course reports due to School
of Medicine.
Aug. 17 Registrar Fal 15 Unauthorized and Multiple Repeat List emailed
to deans (Monday of 9th week previous quarter
through Monday of 4th week current quarter,

Aug. 17 Registrar Fal 15 WebReg will display "unavailable" message
regarding fee deadline down-time (1 month
prior to fee deadline).

Aug. 24 Registrar 2014-15 Request previous academic year teaching
credential data from the School of Education
for inclusion in the CSS Degree file
(August 23 or next business day, annually).
Aug. 24 Registrar FS 15 Send verification data to the National Student
Clearinghouse by electronic transfer - School
of Law. (1 business day after 1st full week
of instruction, each term.)
Aug. 24 Registrar Fal 15 Unauthorized and Multiple Repeat List emailed
to deans (Monday of 9th week previous quarter
through Monday of 4th week current quarter,
each term).
Aug. 24-28 Deans Wtr 16 Complete data entry into eSOC by 5 p.m. on
Friday, Aug. 28. Fix master course database
discrepancies; verify max capacities; be sure
cross-listings are identical and scheduled for
same room and time; clean-up order of course
types/course numbers.
Aug. 27 ---------- Sum 15 Summer Session 10WK instruction ends.
Aug. 27 Instructors Sum 15 WebGrades available for submission, SS 10WK,
beginning at 5 p.m. (last day of instruction).
Aug. 27 ---------- Fal 15 Four weeks before instruction begins.
Aug. 27-28 Students Fal 15 New undergraduate students not attending SPOP
begin enrolling in classes via WebReg.
Priority windows open 7 a.m.-12 noon, Aug. 27.
Aug. 28 ---------- Sum 15 Summer Session 10WK final examinations.
Aug. 28 ---------- FS 15 End of second week of semester-School of Law.
