Week of Mar. 2 - 8

Mar. 2     Registrar    Spg 09  Illegal and Multiple Repeat List
                                emailed to deans (Monday of 9th week
                                previous quarter through Monday of
                                4th week current quarter, quarterly).

Mar. 2-6   Deans        Fal 09  Complete data entry into ESOC by 5 p.m.
                                on Friday, Mar. 6.  Fix CASPER discrepancies;
                                verify max capacities; be sure cross-listings 
                                are identical and scheduled for same room
                                and time; clean-up order of course types/
                                course numbers.

Mar. 6     ----------   Wtr 09  End of the ninth week of classes.

Mar. 6     Deans        Fal 09  Complete data entry into ESOC by 5 p.m.
                                to have classes considered in room
                                assignment phase.



Week of Mar. 9 - 15

                                Assignment Classrooms and prepare
                                for Room Assignment Meeting on
                                Mar. 18.

Mar. 13    Students     Wtr 09  Last day to change class enrollment.  
                                The Registrar cannot accept add,
                                drop, or change cards after this date
                                (4:30 p.m., the last day of classes,
                                quarterly).

Mar. 13    ----------   Wtr 09  End of tenth week of classes
                                (instructions ends).

Mar. 13    Instructors  Wtr 09  WebGrades available for submission,
                                beginning at 5:00 p.m. (last day
                                of instruction).

Mar. 16    Registrar    Wtr 09  Class Enrollment Statistics available
                                to deans (Monday of 11th week,
                                quarterly).

Mar. 16?   Registrar    Wtr 09  Final grade course reports due to
                                School of Medicine.

Mar. 16    Registrar    Spg 09  Unauthorized and Multiple Repeat List
                                emailed to deans (Monday of 9th week
                                previous quarter through Monday of

                                Cashier without $50 late payment
                                charge (4:30 p.m.).

                                dropped if registration fees are not

                                ends 5:00 p.m. (Wednesday before 
                                1st day of instruction).

Mar. 25    Students     Spg 09  WebReg available for Electronic 
                                Add/Drop courses 8:00 p.m.

Mar. 25    ----------   Spg 09  Update students' records and begin
                                production of updated reports.

Mar. 25-26 ----------   Spg 09  Academic advising and orientation.

Mar. 26    Instructors  Wtr 09  Deadline for WebGrades submission
                                5:00 p.m. (Thursday of 12th week, 
                                quarterly).
