Dec. 17 Registrar Wtr 13 Unauthorized and Multiple Repeat List emailed
to deans (Monday of 9th week previous quarter
through Monday of 4th week current quarter,

Dec. 17 ---------- Wtr 13 Three weeks before instruction begins.
Dec. 17 Students Wtr 13 Last day to pay fees online or to Cashier
without $50 late payment charge (4 p.m).
Dec. 17 Registrar Wtr 13 Class drop deadline. Classes dropped if
registration fees are not paid by 4 p.m.
or if a hold remains on student's record.

Dec. 17 Registrar Wtr 13 Update SISPPS quarter (fee payment deadline,
each term).
Dec. 18 & Students Wtr 13 Late fee payment subject to $50 late payment

enrollment (noon, day waitlists are released,

by students who were dropped from their
classes for non-payment of fees or if a hold

Dec. 20 Instructors Fal 12 Deadline for WebGrades submission, 5 p.m.

Dec. 20 Students Wtr 13 Undergraduates: 18-unit enrollment limit
lifted. Limit increased to 20 units (noon).
Dec. 21 Registrar Fal 12 Final grade update (Friday of 12th week,
each term).
Dec. 21 Students Fal 12 View grades in StudentAccess, 8 p.m.
Dec. 21 Registrar Fal 12 Official transcripts and student copy
transcripts available to students (first
business day after FGU).
Dec. 21 Registrar Fal 12 Official transcripts held for final grades
mailed (first business day after FGU).

of grade reports for students and deans.
