There are two separate late registration service charges: one for late enrollment
and one for late fee payment. Late registration will be permitted only in exceptional circumstances. See
"Registration at a Glance" for the late charges
that may apply to your situation.
Late service charges may be waived only if the University is at fault for your late registration or if you
have been incapacitated throughout the registration period due to illness or injury. (Documentation will be
required.)
The absolute deadline for paying fees late and/or enrolling late is the end of the third week of classes.
Beginning the third week of classes your dean's signature is required on a Late Enrollment Petition
to enroll with add cards and an electronic authorization to pay fees, if you were not officially registered
by the end of the second week of classes. Contact your academic counseling office if you are
an undergraduate student or Graduate Division if you are a graduate student for these
authorizations. The authorization is valid for three working days including the date authorized. Payments to
your ZOT Account cannot be applied without the electronic authorization.
