Budget Updates
Billing Methods:
-
ZOTBills showing your registration fee assessment and financial aid funding
can be viewed through your ZOT Account Online. It is important to activate your
UCInetID and password, review your messages in your UCI mailbox, and keep your
mailbox from getting full. You will receive email notification that your monthly
ZOT Bill information as well as current account balances are available for
viewing on ZOT Account Online, if your mailbox is full these important messages
can not be delivered. You may make an electronic payment via Zot Account Online
or authorize another person (parents, for example) to do so. If you choose not to
use this option, a payment stub will be available for you to print and mail in.
-
Fees required for a lab or studio course will be added to your ZOTBill.
-
Pay your fees early to avoid any confusion that may result from late payment.
-
Certain types of holds placed on the student's record will prevent a ZOTBill from
being generated. If you have not been notified by Campus Billing Services that
a current ZOTBill is available and believe you should have, access WebReg or
StudentAccess for student record holds information. Also contact Campus
Billing Services to check for outstanding debts and financial holds or visit ZOT
Account Online.
-
If you are billed for registration fees and will not be attending UCI for that
quarter you must notify the Registrar's Office by calling (949) 824-6124 and ask
for a fee de-assessment.
Check the Quarterly Calendar
for the dates of the registration period and fee payment deadline.
Payment Methods:
-
ZotPay (electronic payment)
You can pay your bill electronically from your ZOT Account Online. You must first sign up for
this service and you may allow an "other payer" (e.g., parent, spouse) to
make payments to your account. (Note that the other payer will have access
only to your account with the electronic bill payment services, and will
not have access to your ZOT Account Online.) There is more information for
other payers in these FAQs. Go to Financial Services and click on ZotPay.
