How do I obtain a copy of my grades or transcript? Current students* login to StudentAccess using their UCInetID and password. Current or former students* may pickup an unofficial transcript at the Registrar's Office Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, located on the lobby floor of Aldrich Hall. Current or former students* may request an unofficial copy of their transcript to be mailed to them by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Office of the Registrar 215 Aldrich Hall Irvine, CA 92697-4975 Be sure to include your name as it appears on your UCI record, your birthdate and/or Social Security number, and your signature. * Medical students should contact the Curricular Affairs Office in the School of Medicine at 949 824-5283. University Extension students should contact that office at 949 824-5418. What hours is the Registrar's Office open for business? Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, except holidays. How will my transfer credit appear on my UCI record? Courses and grades from other institutions are not itemized on your UCI transcript. Transfer credit is shown as total units transferred. Only transfer credit from another UC will be computed into a student's UC grade point average (GPA). How do I change my address on my UCI records? How do I change my major? Fill out a Change of Major Petition and submit it to the academic counseling office in the school or program with which you wish to be affiliated.
