Detailed Instructions for Staff and Administrators
  1. Open your web browser at the FACNET site: http://www.reg.uci.edu/facnet/ and click on "WebGrades."




  2. Click on the authentication link (circled).




  3. Enter your UCInetID and password on the "UCInetID Web Authentication" page. The authentication page returns you to WebGrades menu page.




  4. Select the School Term, enter a five-digit course code, instructor name, or select department from the pull down menu.




  5. From list of courses note grades submitted (SUBMITTED) and grades identified as subscribed, which have not yet been submitted. Click on the gray box showing the 5-digit course code to view grades submitted.




  6. Use "Show Options" to view additional items such as students' majors or email addresses.
